Anthotyro, honey pie   Ingredients 2,2 lbs. fresh anthotyro cheese 10,5 oz. sugar 5 eggs ¾ cup honey Cinnamon Instructions Add the eggs and sugar into a blender and mix. Add anthotyro and honey and continue at medium speed. Spread butter and flour on a pan and pour the mixture. Bake the honey pie in a preheated over at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and you are ready to serve.
