Anthotyro, honey pie
- 2,2 lbs. fresh anthotyro cheese
- 10,5 oz. sugar
- 5 eggs
- ¾ cup honey
- Add the eggs and sugar into a blender and mix.
- Add anthotyro and honey and continue at medium speed.
- Spread butter and flour on a pan and pour the mixture. Bake the honey pie in a preheated over at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 45-50 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and you are ready to serve.
